By implementing mobility activities, we will enable our students to attend professional internships according to STCW quality standards, thereby enhancing their employability in the labor market. We aim to strengthen our teachers’ knowledge and skills so they can implement the international maritime education model - the IMO Model Courses quality system - into our existing programs and teaching processes. Through the project’s results, we expect to improve the internationalization process of our institution for future cooperation and projects in the maritime sector, increase educational mobility and employability of our students - specifically second and third officers of the deck and engine, and enhance the teaching process through strengthened knowledge and skills of our teachers.
