Final Preparatory Meeting Held for Erasmus+ Mobility to Almería
Ahead of the upcoming Erasmus+ mobility to Almería, Spain, students of the Maritime School Zadar attended a final preparatory meeting via Zoom, joined by their parents, representatives of the partner organisation Europrojects, and the school principal Marin Perinić.
The meeting aimed to provide all essential information regarding the mobility, including travel logistics, accommodation, work assignments, and the cultural programme awaiting the students in Spain. Representatives from Europrojects, responsible for organising the students' stay and internships in Almería, presented a detailed activity plan, daily schedules, and addressed any questions posed by students and parents.
The principal expressed his satisfaction that students are participating in yet another valuable Erasmus+ experience and encouraged them to make the most of every opportunity – both in their professional development and personal growth. He highlighted the importance of responsible behaviour, mutual respect, and openness to new cultures and experiences.
Students had the opportunity to ask questions about their daily tasks, free time, language support, and other practical aspects of the mobility, while parents received clear information about safety protocols, contact persons, and return travel details.
The meeting concluded in a positive atmosphere, with an emphasis on collaboration, clear communication, and mutual trust. The students are excited and motivated to embark on their Erasmus+ journey, and the school proudly continues its tradition of participating in European educational programmes that open doors to international work and life experiences.
